Whereas the Norwalk-La Mirada health care support providers have worked the last 8 years without a pay increase;

Whereas all the Norwalk-La Mirada instructional staff and paraeducators received a 4% pay increase in the fall of 2014;

Be it resolved that the Norwalk-La Mirada health care support providers also be included in the recent pay increase.

The undersigned are requesting immediate attention to this discrepancy in pay increase in the Norwalk-La Mirada School District;
