We've had a tremendous amount of Americans complain about the unfair practice of child custody and support. How children are being used as a means of financial gain for one parent as the other parent faces a difficulties in being able to build a quality loving relationship with his or her child.

They face interest on child support as if the child was a loan. Loss of employment, homelessness and plunged into poverty. Is this not a form of gender inequality? Is it deemed fair because this practice primarily targets men?

Child support should not be for the purpose of sustaining a person's lifestyle, it's for making sure a child gets the best possible environment to be raised in. If one parent isn't capable of taking care of a child then the other parent should first be given the opportunity to provide a healthy and stable lifestyle prior to any agency involvement. These practices are unconstitutional and inhumane.
