Parent alienation is one of the largest reasons children do not see both parents after divorce. Courts are run by judges who know the law but not the psychological effects on children.
Having a law that grants 50/50 custody to both legal parents from the beginning alleviates parent alienation.
Please help me in signing this petition for courts to rule for 50/50 parenting automatically when divorce is granted and STOP parent alienation for good

Unless there’s violence, drugs, criminal issues,... kids needs BOTH their parents. Hating ur ex-spounse is not a reason to isolate ur children from the other person!

What happens between adults statscwith adults... leave kids out of it. They need both parents!

This should have been a law to begin with.
100% ,my son has been fighting to see hes Son for 2half years because of a false AVO ,now has seen him twice on Supervised visits ,meanwhile has brought hes two other Children up single handed since they were little, didnt even get mentioned in court, no Police reports just her buying one in Court office, absulte Discrace and Abuse by mainly Mothers. Time for a Royal Commission into Family Court and we Desperately need the Media to help and Massive Protests

This seems like a fair solution for regular people. Sadly we can have parents who deliberately use the children and system to stop the other parent from seeing the child /children.
