The co-ops between Plum City and Elmwood have proven to serve the students of both districts well. The student athletes have formed relationships with their teammates and friends and there is really no reason to break those bonds just because one school has enough bodies to field a team for a single sport for the next school year. In my opinion this should be a long term plan, not a year by year decision.

Would you rather take the chance that you might lose every game and say you are just a single school, or be a co-op and have a possibility at winning? Or do you be stubborn and say no, then take the chance that you won't have enough kids come out for a sport, and then you lose the team all together? It has to be about the kids. Ask your kids would they rather play every game and not win a one, or fight for a spot on the team and have the chance at state. They have done SO WELL together…have had winning teams. Don't be selfish adults and ruin this for the current and upcoming kids. Set a better example.

we need the schools to come together and support what the students want. Alexia played girls BB this year and she fell in love with the whole team and gain new friends out of the co-op. We need to do what is best for the players and their safety. Without the co-op we will not have a strong team and the young kids will be forced to play at a level they are not ready for and will get hurt. We have to look toward the future and see that the schools needs to co-op to have a competitive team. I pray that the school board will reconsider their decision.

I feel that keeping the co-op with Plum City for all sports is the best and only option to ensure success.

A co-op my senior year gave me the chance to play, and taught me many things I never would have just in PC. It's something I will remember and cherish forever.

There's a bigger picture that needs to be seen here! Wake up! You're two fading rural districts! Do what should've been done 10 years ago! Co-op everything and do it right! Swallow your damn pride people!

I went to elmwood when I was younger and have had and still have family who go to this school, to not allow the kids to have a sporting event at their own school in their hometown is terrible, a small town football and basketball game is the only thing some people look forward too! Let the kids play at their school!
