My bill has doubled the past 2 months and will this month and it has never been this high. I live in a little house and my electric bill is as much a large house. Crazy

Please investigate why Entergy are billing such outrageous amounts to so many people. Most of us are receiving bills we’ve never seen during the many years in our homes—-even through the height of the summer months. Entergy’s explanation of these unheard of amounts do not make sense or add up. This is truly causing financial hardships and anxiety. Please help us.

2 bills in the last few months in the $400s and $500+ range. Called and had them come out and reread the meter. They said it was correct but I don’t see how.,

In the past my highest regular bill in the summer months was $275, now I am on average billing and this months is $232 which means my normal bill is $370 and we haven't even hit August yet!

My electricity bill went from $66 to $155 to $197 and I am using less electricity because I have a freezer that is unplugged and I am using less appliances. This is the highest my bill has ever been.
