It I s ridiculous. I am receiving more than one bill per month. It has gone over what I ever paid. I have all nw windows and a new HVAC.

We are on levelized billing and since the replacement of the old meter our bill has steadily increased from $100 to $150 and if I had to guess it will continue to rise due to the new meters. Last year even with the disasters of S/W Louisiana Entergy posted RECORD profits for shareholders. This isn't fair to the consumer. Each & every business suffered losses but not Entergy - Why is that?

I have had bills over$300. Speaking to Entergy is a totoal loss. They will say my is equal to my use age in 2019. I’m not living in my Home my grandson is staying in out detached garage. He has small ice box and air conditioner
