I am not happy about my marks for assignment1

I'm really not satisfied with my marks,there are answers that I provided without using AI but still got penalized for that

I have spent countless hours doing my assignments and yet its not my own work... How do you explain this.. I have 2 jobs to make sure my studies is paid... Why would I steal my own achievements through not doing my own work.....

They have deducated most of my marks for AI usage, but I went out of my way to not make use of AI. No matter our efforts, we still get punished!

We want our marks back

I am writing to express my concern regarding the unjust deduction of marks and false accusation of using AI. I had utilized CLG, not AI. The detection system is flawed, and this incident has caused undue stress. I request that you investigate and resolve this matter promptly. The current system is detrimental to students' well-being, and I am hesitant to recommend this institution to others due to the undue pressure it imposes.
