Time the Unions started representing there Members after all these years of taking there Union Fees and not doing much for it.

Operators and Unions, please make the effort to work together. This division of resources is going to cause serious problems. For once in your live, show you have compassion and most importantly a realistic view of safe working practices.

a don't know what is happening with the 3&3 as av not been told anything but a do not want to be going 3&3 so 2&2 for me with all ma holidays
