The administration just ratified the single agreement for all staff. We pushed back against the split tiers and won because we stayed united. Keep your copies of the new contract handy and watch the department for any sign of non-compliance.

I was in the strikes in 89. And we all stood United shoulder to shoulder for the basic rights we now have. Now in 2015 the big Oil Companies are trying to take it all back from us. If we do not take a United Action now. All we fought for all those years ago. Will be gone forever. The we and younger generation will never evr get our rights back. Stand United.
Travesty if we let this happen. We should be aiming towards the Norwegian sector, not eroding our own T&C's.
profits before safety is clearly on the oil companies agenda. Let's stand together on this to put a stop to the bully boy mentality offshore.
I don't believe 3 and 3 is a safety concious decision and may lead to more accidents/incidents offshore. Also, I don't believe being told when to take your holiday leave is fair. Especially to people with young families and children in schools etc
oca is for employers all the unions should join together that means unite, Oilc (Rmt ) and gmb or we won't Stand a chance .

Enough is enough if we walk away and let them get away with this. No longer can we be the gipsy s of the oil industry . We have to stand strong

Need to have a ballot. The oil company's are saying they need to change the rotas because of the price of oil well why have Statoil not changed there rotas . Oil company's telling lies they just want to make more Mone. What happens when the oil price goes back up will they change the rotas back again I don't think so. There is still 50 years worth of oil out there so don't be saying its to sustain the future you lieing weasels. Enough said.
