I wish to draw the attention towards Haryana Urban Development Authority(HUDA) aka Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradikaran - One time settlement scheme. This is something that impacts the entire state and the residents across the state are in a state of shock and dilemma due to the heavy outstanding amount imposed on them. To make matters worse, there has been no mathematical basis or any logical explanation.

It defies all reasoning and can well be termed as modern day extortion. With close to 30000 crores to be made out of this scheme of innocent plot owners, this will be one of the biggest scam in the real estate.

Please do not let this sham scheme take off. On behalf of the state residents I request yourself to investigate this scheme. Until the investigation is completed, this scheme be put on hold and money of the residents be returned
