Well said and well written. These issues definitely need to be addressed in a more timely and thorough manner.

Please, take our fitness programs with utmost attention!Also, i’m really disappointed that our fees don’t allow free entry to pools for 12 and under!! Please, return to the original policy included in our expensive club fees!! It’s really bait and switch!!

I agree. Please focus on maintaining existing equipment and classes before purchasing and adding more fee-based classes and equipment. After 25 years of operating the fitness facilities, it seems that a maintenance /replacement budget should be fairly straightforward. Having 6 or more spin bikes inoperable for weeks is baffling, especially since it is a well-attended class year-round.

Another idea would be for members/guests to bring their own gym and or pool towels. I found out the washer & dryers were $40,000 each! They are constantly running and in the spring, members bring their guests and sometimes will ask for up to 10 pool towels!

Often suggestions are given to the Front Desk and passed on to supervisors with no results. Supervisors are intimidated by management not to speak up. With a few simple additions, your weight training areas could be much improved. There should be a suggestion box that is actually read and listen to.. There’s much more that should and could be done and no results are seen Very disappointed with the manager.
