Well-written petition. Agreed - Poor management of our OVERPRICED dues, which keep rising with reduced services! It was said that some time ago club manager WAS OVERHEARD saying he "DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW MANY golf MEMBERS our club has... and that his numbers DO NOT match CORPORATE numbers...and that golfers take FOOD & sandwiches that they don't pay for and take it home (It was said that Club Mgr. laughed and thought that was funny). Yet the REST OF US MEMBERS ARE PAYING the price for this and other waste? This is very unsettling. Members need to put a moratorium on HOA dues, and get FITNESS services up to par, and overall out-of-control spending in check!

Thank you for putting together this petition. I agree 200%! Before COVID there were additional supplies in the locker rooms and none have returned! Also, I have complained about the spa at Ironwood MANY times. It looks like it has algae in it. When I called the last time they said they would be taking care of it. There still is NO change. The locker room at Ironwood often has a fan running and it smells of mildew. We pay way too much to be accepting these conditions! Again, thank you for the petition. I have gladly signed it!

This is a bunch of crap. Our money should stay in the club.

Stop using Anthem Country Club money to pay for other country clubs that are in the RED. It’s morally and ethically corrupt and shame on you for using our money when we can have a cleaner and better facility and a state of the art facility as well. I’m sure not many home owners know this is happening.

I would like to add the condition of the pool and the pool area, there’s a big chunk missing out of the pool in persimmon there’s a light that’s half falling out of the ground and one of the drinking fountains this year. It looks hideous last year with the other fountain, I haven’t been to the other pool recently, but that had a similar problem with the broken concrete. The other pool was awesome missing handrails for the ladders, which when I did ask for those they were replaced, although nothing matches.

I agree with the discussion that needs to be had. Very few services provided. Less since I moved in 7 years ago.

My big issue is cleanliness of the yoga/group exercise studio. It is discomfiting to see bugs, scorpions, dirt, hair, dust, etc. when exercising on the floor.

The service provision is far inferior to the other clubs I am member of . The drive to show a strong P and L is to attract corporate buyers ( such is case for hedge fund owners) - however its time to improve the offerings and find a better balance . The reputational risk from a negative social media campaign is nor acceptable.

I agree with this petition. Dues keep going up and services down. I am especially interested in the pool. The hours to use the pool have been lessened since I moved here 12 years ago.

I am very disappointed in the quality of classes offered at the gym. There are no high intensity or challenging classes available.

I support this petition wholeheartedly. Services should not be cut for year-round residents. Additionally, many classes are often full -- more classes should be offered, specifically chair yoga. It would also be nice to have additional water fitness classes as the current time offerings do not work well for everyone (especially those individuals still employed). Thank you.

Chair yoga classes often have what lists and more classes should be added.

Agree with all concerns. Dues keep going up but classes especially evening classes keep getting cut.
