Anybody from the European Union can go to Scotland and recieve free higher education; besides the English. At the same time that Tuition fees in England Skyrocket to up to £9000 per year they have the nerve to allow people from other countrys to have higher education for free. A large amount of money comes from English Taxes and we gain nothing from it and are infact blatantly discriminated against. Stop the Madness please!
