The momentum is building and the FA cannot ignore this vision for a new England tactical setup. Post the link on Facebook today and email your local MP to demand they back this appointment.

4-3-1-2 is the way forward. The FA just wants to keep things boring.
This is exactly what the national team needs right now. Tactics look solid and having Shearer on board is a genius move. Get this man the job.
