We the people of this United States of America do hereby petition our Government entities at all levels (to include Federal, State, and local Government enforcement agencies) to enforce immigration laws by deporting all illegal aliens from this country. We the people do hereby authorize all law enforcement agencies to arrest and deport all illegal aliens found to be residing in the United States of America. We further demand that judges in this country not release suspected illegal aliens from custody except to release these individuals at the border of their country or at some point that is outside the jurisdiction of the United States of America. We the people further state that this petition be placed on the ballot to be voted upon in every voting district and at every polling place in the November 2012 election.
