Nightclubs are too noisy with no regard for regulations. This noise effects land values and investments. Also limits rental vales and client return desires.

Canibal Royal and Martina Beach Club have no respect for the community they are a part of. The music is so invasive their neighbors cannot enjoy their own space in the way they have a right to.

The new club soul beach has ruined my street. My grandmother is staying at The Bric and many guests have left and are also complaining.

El volumen en el que se escuchan los escandalos musicales del club Martina y Encanto son insoportables. Imposible descansar, las paredes de mi casa retumban, la falta de descanso ya me habia causado problemas de salud estando obligada a dejar mi casa y rentar en otro lugar esto en detrimento tambien de mi economia.

Vivo en bosque real y aquí tenemos ruido toda la semana de lunes a viernes con las clases de zumba que el municipio da y donde se le paga a los instructores. Tienen el volumen a todo lo que da a las 9 am y de 9pm a 10 de la noche. Lucran y generan ganancias estos instructores por encima de los residentes del área. Me he quejado en el municipio. Les he mandado videos y no resuelven nada. Piden que nos acerquemos un grupo de vecinos, la gente trabaja no tiene tanto tiempo para ir a las horas que ellos quieren. Y también tenemos un bar cerca "terraza" y la música está de 10 pm a 4am a alto volumen y la policía nos manda con los inspectores del municipio cuando responden. Llevo 6 años aquí y nadie ha resuelto nada.

There is no reason that Martina, Canibal Royal need to keep our whole neighborhood disrupted. These places have no respect for anybody except drug dealers.

We live en calle 12 and ave. 15. The church has the speakers outside, you can not concentrate in your work, can not listen to your music or tv even with close windows, and can not sleep. That is at least 3 times a day from Monday to Sunday.

Ave. CTM y Flamingos; impacted by Martina and Cannibal Royal Beach clubs; especially Full Moon Parties blasting at Cannibal til 4 am with fireworks at 1 and 2 am; Martina during ARENA Festival was especially louder than usual; just asking to co-exist respectfully of neighbors and noise regulations; beach clubs should not be allowed to be "night clubs"

Vivimos en El Cielo Residencial y desde cyando el nuevo H10 abrieron el pasado diciembre del 2016, ya no se puede dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Todos necesitan respectar el nivel permitido del ruido, si no Playa del Carmen se pondra vacia en pocos anios!
