PLEASE do not approve this re-zoning. Poway already has far too many new residential buildings added in the last few years. Aside from the over-crowding and traffic, it is a safety hazard. In the event of a fire, evacuation will be greatly impacted. For the safety of all and to keep Poway the city in the country, please do not approve this!

We are against changing the general plan to allow this type of dense housing with inadequate parking, setbacks and sidewalks. Already our streets and schools are to capacity. We object to opening the door to this type of Non-Poway non-country type of developments. Stay within the existing General Plan guidelines.
