Stick to the General Plan! Cramming 63 homes into this space is going to make a problem area even worse. Traffic in/out of this area is already bad (and unsafe, with all the apartment residents buzzing around looking for parking street parking, lots of children on bikes, etc). This development will make it so much worse. The city is actively working to worsen the quality of life of residents in this corridor, and decrease our home values. Why is it that this never happens in North Poway?

Stick with our general plan! This is just too much too fast, and frankly we have lost trust in our City leadership. With all of these new projects going, at least if you stick to the general plan, we have some assurance of a livable outcome. How can we handle all of this traffic. Quality of life in Poway will suffer.

This plan is way out of line with what the citizens and your constituents want, this specific project is inconsistent with the community, crammed in with one ingress/egress and virtually NO open space, this developer has shown themselves to be dishonest (e.g. “The Farm”).

I have been a resident of Poway since 1977 as well as a home owner. The city planning department and city council are making horrible decisions for the “city in the country “! You are ruining the look of Poway where people are upset and leaving. Quit playing with the developers and start listening to the people of Poway who voted you in that office!
