Currently, the lack of a consistent and enforced access policy poses a risk to our safety, especially during off-peak hours. It is essential that no person be allowed entry without:

• Presenting valid identification.

• Having their details logged and verified.

• Confirmed authorization from a resident or management.

We, the undersigned, request:

• Installation or repair of functioning Access Control/ANPR systems.

• Mandatory ID verification for all non-residents at entry points.

• A transparent system to track and manage visitor access.
