Enforce Southwood's Development Order & Finish Our Roads

This is long, long past due to the point of overt negligence. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible with no further delays.

This road is unsafe in its current unfinished condition and is a liability to the safety of the Southwood Community. Please enforce this completion for safety. Thanks

Over a month past the deadline, still no Orange Ave completion or Biltmore construction. Temporary road fails under commuter traffic. Residents deserve promised infrastructure. Proud to sign!

The current Orange Avenue segment does not meet the needs of the Southwood community and should be completed timely.

Really in bad shape…needs yo be completed

Please finish Orange Ave as promised

South Plantation Rd from Old St. Augustine to Apalachee Pkwy is also needing a total resurfacing with all the construction truck traffic. And later more vehicles will soon be occupying this road, due to the mega subdivision going in, which will more than likely need to be widened.

Please finish the construction of the road as was agreed upon.

The new road segments should also be constructed as "complete streets" with safe and comfortable facilities for bicycle riders and pedestrians.

Unfortunately an example of corporate malfeasance — St Joe ran out over the townhouse siding issue, but not before saddling many people in their 80s with mortgages they had not foreseen. This was evidently due to St Joe's Arvida not having done the job right in the first place. Sounds like a repeat on the roading issue here...

Orange Avenue East also needs to be considered for speed bumps by the CoT. 35mph zone with cars regularly exceeding 60mph+

It is ruining my car. Please fix the roads. They were supposed to be done long ago. But still we wait. Why?!!
