This not only against the law, but unacceptable to have flop houses in our residential neighborhoods. The owners must be fined until they are in compliance with current zoning ordinances, or the property foreclosed/confiscated.

Hell of a system when you have to petition the city to enforce its laws.

Must keep our neighborhood “single family”, as it is zoned!

The city needs to enforce the existing city ordinance restricting these types of rental properties. This will have a negative influence on our neighborhood. We have been a proud resident in Estate of Forrest creek since 1994. I hate to think our city leaders will not enforce the ordinances that help make Plano a desirable and safe place to raise a family.

You would think that even our elected representatives would understand and support single-family residences since that's who elects them.

When the city ignores the ordinances & laws, it's time to replace those in charge. Please prohibit boarding /rooming houses in residential neighborhoods.
