There are definitely some buildings that could use some upkeep in our town!

I agree with this petition. These empty buildings are an eye sore and they make the town look bad.

I've thought about that for yrs but it's hard to do in tipton unless you know someone or they just will make it hard for anyone new

I think the skating rink is a great idea for kids around town.

It is a wonderful ideal. Our youth in this community are heading to drugs and alcohol because there is nothing to do here in Tipton. Tipton is a wonderful place. Just needs to expand a little.

The enforcement of building codes prevents residential and commercial spaces from becoming the run down shells we see right now. The same codes are meant for all properties in our city and we pay tax dollars to see that our community is being looked after, not just taken for its $.

This would totally benefit this community. For all ages. At least the teens wouldn't be destroying the town, and little children would have a different place to hang out and not just the boys n girls club. It would get the kids out in the community and off their cell phones, lap tops, that's what's wrong with he works today electronics and internet have taken over. They need to be out hanging with friends, enjoying more recreational use of their time and not be on video games and phones.

This truly needs to stop. This would be unacceptable in a lot of other communities.

I support the enforcement of building codes in the city of Tipton. I am open to lots of suggestions for particular use of the buildings.

Community support needs to be shown to get the ball rolling on enforcement. Hoping for many more signatures.

This should not be an issue. It is the job of local government to make sure this is done. Obviously we need to change our elected officials.

I fully support your goals. Many of our cities and towns are blighted by empty stores and factories. What was once a thriving business and social district has been reduced to ghost towns. Our children and teenagers need wholesome, supervised, activities to vent off their natural restlessness. This is a great start to a wonderful gesture.

I agree empty buildings need to be cleaned up to encourage new businesses.

I agree tipton does not get much attention it should get, so this should happen, fun center or a grocery store where u dont have to spend a ton of money.
