The intent of this petition is to push the city/county to enforce building codes and fine for violations of such codes. There are currently at least a dozen empty buildings that, if properly maintained, could draw in businesses in our community. My main objective is to have one of these buildings turned into a fun center, skating rink, arcade, etc for the kids, teens and families in Tipton and neighboring towns to enjoy.
