There's not even a no parking sign on my street for a entire block and we've gotten 3 ticket in the last 2 months

I think this should be in effect only if there is snow on the ground not just a dusting.

I agree what what this petition states. It is not legit and furthermore, the city doe not even plow the streets enough for there to be any real obstruction to winter service. I have seen tickets given when there is 2 inches of snow on the ground, but it does not seem to happen when there is 4,5, or even 6 plus inches. There should be a system where a person is given two warnings for a "parking violation" in the computer system and then ticketed. Some people really do not have a choice about parking on the street. It also seems that the police patrol the streets closer to the end of the month as if to get and meet their quotas for the month or on a night that the police know the plows will be out. The parking band is ridiculous period.

2 people were ticketed at my place. No snow, didn't realize this was a thing. North Royalton the rule is 2 inches or more.

Was issued a ticket for parking in front of my house. Something I’ve been doing for years. All about revenue. Not about public safety. Shame on the politicians.

Was not even aware of this ban. Clear sky, no snow on the road. Properly parked vehicle in front of the house. Parma just showed their colors and there respect for those that pay their salaries. Shame on Parma.

90% of the season there is no snow, therefore no reason for this ban 24/7. Preferably keep the ban for the days/ weeks immense snow fall is expected. Thank you

Absolutely ridiculous ban. I've only received tickets on nights it wasn't snowing . First city I've lived in that there was a ban when it wasn't snowing. It's not that hard to deliver a ban in anticipation of snow.
