Puppy farms are legal, it is a cruel money making buisness. Millions of dogs are used and abused to make puppies. They live in diabolical conditions, they are starved and beaten and are still forced to breed. it is discusting, and heartbreaking. it needs to stop. The goverment need to ban this "buisness" and shut them down. To many dogs have sufferd unnecessarily, it isnt a small problem, there will be thousands of farms with thousands of dogs. it needs to be done, dogs are mans best friend, but they dont get treated like that.
