Ok all, now is the time. After watching the horrific images from ANIMAL A&E programme on puppy farms, Minister Hogan needs to receive THOUSANDS of emails politely asking him to sign in the legislation to end the barbarous practices in this country . We , that is Ireland, is the puppy farm capital of Europe.

But only because every other Eu country has laws to prevent such cruel inhumane "farms" which are breeding dogs for profit , with no regard to their welfare , health or happiness.

You need to speak up for these animals who are now sleeping in sheds in the dark covered in urine and faeces shaking with fear, hungry and in pain.
