Community note and description of cause:
Aziz becoming an instructor, with his passion and linguistic skills, will enable us [South Asian community] to better understand the material of this course and be able to ask questions in Hindi, Urdu, and other South Asian languages, therefore preparing us to be better able to pass the course.
The reason for this request is simply that we, as a community, have been unable to find an instructor who can speak our multitude of languages on your website.
For years we have been contacting the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario (FSESO) through telephone, the personnel told us that there is no instructor with the linguistic qualifications of Aziz (which do benefit our learning greatly) which include an avid fluency in Hindi and Urdu. Therefore, this has limited our ability to participate in courses for the sport we really wish to learn the safety limitations for in Canada and therefore to participate in this excellent sport.
Note from Aziz: I have a month to get as many signatures as possible! I want to make this CANADIAN sport more accessible to everyone! If I get enough endorsements, it is very possible that I WILL be given supervised training to become a trainer for this excellent sport. I hope I have all of your support. Do spread the word as much as possible!

The bureaucrats at the FSESO are still ignoring our repeated requests for language accessibility. They claim no one else is qualified while they continue to keep the doors to this sport locked against our community. We are not going away until they stop their gatekeeping and grant Aziz the certification he has clearly earned.

Aziz is very educated, knowledgeable, helping nature and very well known in the community. I definately want to see him as a firearm safety course instructor to deliver the course in ethnic language. I endorse Aziz
I endorsed Mohammed Aziz for the instructor for Non restricted Firearm Safety course. He is good, knowledegeable and helping person and would like to see him on Board. Delivering the lesson in Hindi, Urdu language will not be any difficult for him as he was born into.
We need ethnic instructors in light of many ethnic community members want to participate in the sport of recreational hunting.

We need someone in the vast population of south Asians to be as instructor in fire arms safety, in order that we south asians may understand better the rules and regulations to fire arms safety. No one else comes to mind who is as passionate and well versed in our community than Mohammad Azizullah. I endorse Mohammad Azizullah to be a multi lingual instructor to fire arm safety
