who is, of us all, a person that did not desired to go horseback-riding, did not learned to do so or just dreamed about it. We set up pony rides for our children, we invite the whole classroom, they love it. Horses are for pleasure, for learning, for therapy, for work, for sport, they take us to the Olympics, they keep us company, they are majestic, they are prestigious or just plain sweet. They are not meat to eat. This thought is the biggest betrayal we can do to them. We ask them so much, like to keep us and our children safe, then we look at them and say :" just kidding, now Ill kill you and Ill eat you. Shame!

As a horse owner it is hard to enjoy my horses knowing the terrible plight that other horses are enduring. If its not right for my on to have such a cruel end of life, then it's not ok for other horses.

end this horrific, revolting slaughter immediately. horses are emotionally intelligent and aware. as humans we must speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. there is no reason whatsoever to inhumanely put an end to an innocent creature's much-deserved life.
