Whilst I agree with certain areas , I strongly agree that Crowell Road and Littlemore Road should be kept open.

I am in strongly in favour of removing the Littlemore Road LTN and believe the emergency services should have unfettered access to serve residents. All central bollards should be foldable and lockable, and any permanent centre bollards removed immediately. I am campaigning for exemptions to the bus gate scheme to allow local residents, district nurses, doctors, blue badge holders, deliveries (booked), teachers, and carers access through the temporary scheme. When the ANPR cameras are not in use, access through the bus gate should be permitted. I will not support a scheme that puts local residents at risk.

These barriers are a inconvenience to my self as my Health conditions do not allow me to cycle or walk therefore discrimination.

Why should some roads get to be car free and others have even more traffic. We all pay council tax for the roads. Oxford Road system can't handle the volume of traffic as it is. Stupid idea!

I dont oppose all the LTNs I actually like my road being shut of, though I do think the littlemore/crowel hill rd is wrong as all the people living in that side of cowley only have 1 way in and out and that is Newman rd, which has a nasty right turn out of it which you need to do if your trying to get kids to school, not only are you trying to get through normal on coming traffic you have to cross a contraflow lane that has traffic turning right into Newman rd, its dangerous!! And I feel that Rymers lane from the park would be better as 1 way traffic only towards the school, it's ok for those that can walk to school and home or onto work but for those parents and childcare providers that need there cars to transport cared for children to the nursery and for parents who are then having to go onto work after school drop of, I feel having Rymers lane lane shut in the middle is ridiculous, it creates longer journeys more fuel used and more impact on the enviroment!
