I work for the NHS (and have to use my car) and I'm already finding these LTN road blockages are causing massive traffic congestion on the surrounding main roads around Littlemore and Rosehill at rush hours & delaying me getting to work. Oxford roads are not at all designed for these ill-thought-out blockages and LTN barriers & they need to be removed asap please.

I live in north oxford but l have to get into littlemore to see to an aged person . This has me take a long detour thus causing pollution. I cant get a bus to where l need to go and therfore cant cycle the other alternative is for occ to supply a carer at a high cost hum bad thinking .

Absolutely ridiculous. Takes twice as long to get anywhere and just causes congestion on the main roads. Not carer friendly as you end up having to go round this stupid one way system you’ve created. Residents are drivers. Stop trying to make this city into a student bike city. They already have enough of everything else in Oxford. Plus with emergency services every second counts. It is a really badly thought out plan again by Oxford city council.

I have lived in Cowley for 20+ years. I (like many) was not consulted on the LTNs and I think they are socially divisive and will do little to improve safety or the environment (except possibly on a limited number of roads, which effectively creates gated communities, benefitting some at the expense of others). They should be removed and better alternatives to encourage people to use public transport should be implemented.

I live in Church Cowley Road. The traffic has doubled and has the fumes are unbearable not to mention the noise increase. It takes up to 30 minutes to get to my destination when it normally takes 5 minutes so i am using more petrol which means more pollution. Can't even cross the road safely due to increased traffic and i hate to think what it will be like when lock down eases. They need to be removed asap as they are causing so MUCH confusion.

I spoke to the new Labour candidate for the County Council on my doorstep recently; he is in favour of the scheme. Whilst I respect his openness, which is refreshing in a political candidate, I disagree strongly with his position.
The traffic on Cowley Road is now greatly increased and local residents are being forced to join these queues. This makes living in the area difficult to impossible at times. I feel for those who have also been forced to foot additional costs with increased journey distances and times (that will add up over time).
As local residents we have been forced into using a single road to access our property where we had three routes previously. Also, as a direct result of my route being changed I believe that approximately £300 of my money will no longer be spent in the local area every month.
The consultation was poor and the feedback mechanism for the "final decision" was flawed. Any political party or agency claiming specific levels of support for the scheme is delusional.

As a resident of Littlemore the barriers in the Littlemore road isolate Littlemore residents from the cowley Centre and make access to shops, banks, dentists and shops more difficult. This could result in reduced footfall in cowley Centre thereby impacting on businesses operating there. Oxford city Centre is more of a tourist shopping destination than for oxford residents.

As a resident near CC6, these are making accessing my house really hard and increasing journey times. I can't walk or cycle to work so need to use the car. The roads in this area weren't busy in the first place and we have no need for this.

Traffic has simply moved to other areas of roads. As for cyclists Whilst LTN area is safe the main roads have become more dangerous due to additional traffic on them. Sometimes taking a minute to turn right. Journeys bike vehicles are taking more longer. Net loss to cyclists and motorists
