These barriers are causing chaos on main roads and making people drive further creating more pollution. I am concerned that emergency vehicles will not be able to access people's homes, possible resulting in loss of life.

They are causing chaos and delays and causing even more emissions due to jams and travelling further to destinations. Absolutely awful for emergency services. Take them away now. The council are hypocrites they hate the car but love the renvue a car factory on their doorstep gives them

This is the worst thing the council could of done, everything ran so smoothly before, trying to get to cowley center now is a total joke, I bet they have lost hundreds of thousands of pounds. I don't bother going there now, this must be stopped now,

I pay road tax for the use of all roads. I am 75 years old and I am not going to ride a bike.

The effect of this disastrously thought out scheme has had huge negative effects on surrounding areas. There is little thought as to why people are travelling through these areas.

Since the Ltn have gone In traffic driving in Oxford has got ridiculous. Granted Oxford is not designed for the level of traffic we have but blocking of side streets is forcing everyone to travel the main arteries to get round them. Increasing pollution with engines running whilst stationary for longer. Why not take this money they will spend on this system and put it into subsidising the buses and park and ride. The busses are so expensive now that for a family of 4 it’s way cheaper to drive, pay the fuel and pay for parking town for 3 hours then take the bus. Fundamentally that is wrong.

This is causing traffic jams on arterial roads which is producing more pollution in those area . This ( failing) scheme is splitting neighbourhoods and causing local people to make huge detours to get to their destinations.

Unable to access Henley Ave safely due to increase in traffic on Henley Ave. Also Salegate lane. I had to back out onto Holloway and unable to see traffic behind me. Also coming out of Salegate lane after attending church a car entering Salegate lane had to do the same. The driver in the other car verbally abused me of thinking that I owned the road.

It is ridiculous idea. You forgot about thousands of people living on Littlemore, Sandford, BlackbirdLeys, Greater Leys. They can ''just walk'' to shops or other amenities. We are living far away from center and we must to use cars, motorbikes or other form of transports like that to get to center of Oxford.

Who gives any councilor or city /county planning office the right to close any road unless for repairs? Who elected them? While most people are locked up for a year all manner of activities go under the radar - road closures, 5G, LED light surveillance systems all implemented across whole regions - do they do this in the dead of night? We have dictators at every level of local and central government. It must stop and will only stop when everyone kicks up.

This LTN Scheme is extremely divisive between residents and very unfair with certain ‘hand picked roads’ having traffic removed from outside their homes AT THE EXPENSE of other and often bigger, main Roads such as Oxford Rd, In between Towns Rd, Holloway and Rose Hill which have seen a huge increase in traffic jams and POLLUTION LEVELS right outside the homes of those living on these roads. I live off Holloway and can only describe the great big long tailbacks stretching from the Oxford rd the entire length of Holloway as an horrific scene with most cars sat in stationary traffic jams with their engines running and directly outside the homes of many residents who must be experiencing unacceptable pollution levels. This increase in long tailbacks on Holloway has been as a result of the LTN’s with cars having only one way to travel through the area, ie: along Holloway, added to this during evening hours residents are seeing excessive speeding with cars driving way over 40mph in a 20mph area on a daily basis as there are NO affective traffic calming measures in place on Holloway whilst other roads just around the corner (eg: Crescent and Temple Rd) are traffic free.

Ltns were invented by idiots. Pull them down now. They are anti aged, anti imfirm and anti children.

Absolutely stupid idea, these LTN barriers are causing regular traffic jams around the area, and making everyone go the long way round. How is that good for the environment? We pay our Council Tax for the Council to serve us, not make our lives worse by imposing LTNs on us.

Besides increasingly the miles driven to reach local shops in Cowley the increase is adding to pollution. As these roads are no longer public highways they should be classed as private roads for residents only. This means the residents should be responsible for the upkeep of bollards, road sweeping, repairs etc not council tax payers.

The real issue here is the complete lack of judgement offered by Oxfordshire County Council, who really need to be held accountable for these shocking implementations. People are suffering because of this!!
