I teach at Oxford Spires. This is having an impact on staff and students. It is difficult enough for schools in Oxford to retain staff due to the cost of living. This has made the situation worse.

It’s ok for those without any traffic on their road.Dangerous for the rest!
Congestion,Noise and pollution. Ironically also dangerous for those that feel they benefit as response time for emergency services could be the difference between life and death.

It took me 15 minutes to get from the horspath traffic lights to the swan traffic lights because nobody could turn right onto the crecent road
