End traffic barriers in Littlemore and Cowley

It is a stupid,idea, without consultation with local residents this LRT worsening daily life, Consuming time long queuing in others roads which is very bed for our Enverment’s

Causing more congestion more pollution and more road rage on roads also emergency vehicles are taking more time to get to people

Please remove all these trouble making wooden boxes and let the traffic flow smoothly

Pointless barriers making getting round 100x worse!

Main roads are too busy,long wait,too much fumes, problems for taxi drivers and delivery vehicles.

Not helpful, just moving the traffic elsewhere

There's a nightmarish traffic in Oxford due to the decision to restrict traffic.

Take them ltn away.

It is one of the most thoughtless ideas and needs to be removed and put back to how it was. The amount of traffic build up is mad and always running late because of it is not healthy for stress levels increasing and sitting in the traffic is increasing pollution and making my health worse.

Driving generally has been turned into a nightmare ever since these barriers have been put into place. The traffic has gotten more worse at peak times then it was before covid as local drivers are not able to navigate through their normal routes in their specific areas as before which eases traffic to some extent. When things get back to normal in June, it will be and only get worse.

This has caused nothing but issue since they were put down. They need removing and a different Avenue needs to be considered. Turning the whole of oxford into a place where cars can not be used is a ridiculous idea. We have so many that work outside of Oxford but need to get their children to the local schools on time. So many that need car access outside their homes due to disability, age and other circumstances. The pollution of cars being at standstill is surely more of an issue than it would be having the cars being able to access the side roads etc to limit traffic. I do agree that there needs to be better parking systems in place to ensure safety but blocking access to wide areas of central Oxford is ridiculous.

Forcing all traffic onto one much longer route is not helping. Traffic calming measures can be used to deter people using neighbourhood roads or you can create one way systems to manage the traffic using the neighborhood

These are a nightmare and to be diverted round the other streets with all the parking is a nightmare

I strongly opposes this decision because due to these LTN barriers the traffic volume has increased to 10x because locals can't use the short cuts and this has increased the level of traffic on main roads . A 7 to 10 minute journey now takes 1 - 1.15 hours

These barriers are causing stress to my parents both in there 80’s who now have to travel longer distances to do what they have done since 1967 when moved to present house. Ridiculous, not only that, nobody had a say, just councillors going about as if local lives are a thing to play with.

These LTNs are destroying local and small businesses. Please remove them ASAP.
