This is a petition to put an end the established Super Committee and to prevent any future creation of a like committee due to its unconstitutionality. The Constitution grants three branches of government and the creation of a fourth branch clearly defies this law. Also, the Super Committee is made up of officials who were not elected by the American people for this high position. Upon gridlock in Congress the Super Committee can vote on bills and if they too cannot agree, the president has the power to decide the passing of a bill which gives the president too much power and does away with our established, Constitutional way of Government. Therefore the end of this committee and prevention of all alike committees to come is necessary to uphold our democratic and Constitutional way of government.
