From personal experience, I advise that this petition will be effective immediately. Mercari cannot get away with taking peoples money.

This app scammed me too... I sent out items and they wiped all my funds in the blink of an eye no warning no nothing. Felt great to wake up and find I've been robbed of about $500 that would go towards my family/children

This isn't right. Mercari should be sued for all the money they have scammed people for. We work hard for our money to have someone just take it from you and you not being able to do anything about it.
