I really hope this finally stops because it's stupid. Girls should get to wear whatever the heck they want and not get crap for it, juat like men/boys should control themselves.

I suffer from anxiety and depression and for the longest time my own mom refused to accept it. She would tell me I was just saying that I had it for attention until I had an anxiety attack one night that lasted for an hour. After it was finally over I was overcome with depression and didn't speak to anyone for four days. It freaked my mom out so bad but it finally made her accept that the mental illnesses were real. It shouldn't take a traumatic experience to bring these things to light. I have always been an advocate for this because I don't want anyone to go without the help they need like I did.

This is terrible!!! At my school we aren't allowed to show our shoulders or wear tight pants like leggings because they are too distracting:/

Teaching young girls not to wear something because it will distract the opposite sex is directly showing them that they are nothing but a hindrance to society and seen only as an object without any real meaning. Women have earned their right to vote, have overcome social norms, and rose above what they were told they were. Seeing as it is the twenty-first century, girls and women should not have to be told that they are nothing more than a distraction and are hindering the education of their fellow students, as well as their teachers.

Honestly I find it disgusting how a middle aged man would claim to find a damn bra strap on an 11 year old distracting. Instead of making girls go out and spend more unnecessary money on more uneseccary bras, maybe be should be teaching our children not to be perverted.
