I completely agree with the above statement. There is a normalisation needed for teenage mental states not being what's considered 'sane'. And yes help that's needed should be taken and people especially kids should not be shamed nor shunned for seeking it.

If male teachers cannot control their behavior around young female students for something that they cannot control (bra color/size, etc), then they are the problem

I think that you should really overthink your intentions. If your teachers can't take their eyes off girls that are only eleven years old, because they are wearing colorful bras... there's definitely something wrong. You shouldn't scold your students for wearing clothes that are normal for their age but instead your pedophile teachers that are looking at them in this way. How is it possible that you think that you are empowered to tell kids what to wear and what not to. This is gross. I don't have any other words.

Personally, as person that's been struggling with mental health since my parent's divorce when I was a child, the stigma surrounding this issue is disheartening. In no way have I ever been told it's okay to have a mental illness like millions of people around the world do. My own mother has disregarded my requests for medication when I got really bad because "Christians don't need medicine." Anytime someone discovers I had a therapist, they instantly become weird about it. Even my therapist didn't really know how to handle my "issues" and went as far as to say she couldn't help me. The stigma around mental illness creates an environment in which people with mental illnesses feel as if they should hide what's wrong and act "normal". This only creates more of a problem in the minds of these individuals. The mental health stigma should end.

This teaches girls that boys education is more important than theirs. Also, if these bras distract male teachers, the girls aren't the problem. It means the teachers are pedophiles.

Sexualizing girls this young is wrong. They are eleven for Pete's sake the colour of their bra shouldn't be distracting boys or even male teachers. Male teachers who are distracted by this are perverts and should not even be in the teaching profession. I fully support this petition.
