Screw your school for sexualizing girls. We should be able to wear what we want. Technically bras shouldnt even be seen and if you can why are you freaking out by a half an inch colored strap?!!!

As a young teen mental health is often joked about in schools. I, myself suffer from severe anxiety and depression. The stigma around mental health makes life with mental health issues tough. Friends I had left me, people yelled slurs at me. I can handle it, but many cannot. End the stigma.

I'm glad that where I'm from (The Netherlands) we're a really tolerant bunch. I've seen ads against depression, and when I told one of my classmates I had to leave early because of therapy, he wasn't surprised, he just said "hey that's where I had counselling!"
Most people I know have also had to go to a psychologist once in a while, and I have quite a few friends who I think would really benefit from having counselling, as their self-worth has gone down by a lot, very quickly. It's important to make sure nobody feels ashamed about needing mental help.
It's time we would be more open about these things.

Our school has done this for ages, and it's so frustrating! Our education as females is unfairly piloted by boys and whether they are "distracted" by us. Not only does this strongly encourage heteronormativity, but it also encourages the sexualisation of females generally, but it is also encouraging this from as young as eleven! If schools are so content on choosing every element of what we wear due to potential bullying, how can they not consider how humiliating (and potentially bullying material) to be pulled up and dress coded for the colour of their bra, especially by a male teacher! It is ridiculous.

I just worked up the courage to press my family so I can actually get help after suffering from what I believe is depression for over 3 years, (I didn't want to burden my family with my problems) don't be afraid to get help and please learn from me and get your help before you physically begin feeling sick

Girls aren't sexual objects meant to be kept a certain way in order to not "distract" boys. If teachers get distracted by a student's bra they need to reevaluate their sense of decency. And in no way you should treat girls as distractions. Get rid of different hair cuts then, make every student look exactly the same. Ban girls with curvy bodies and boys with a mesmerizing smile. Get rid of colognes, perfumes, hair curlers and straighteners. Get rid of freckles and tan skin. Get rid of windows and anything that shows the outside world. Force students to be kept as props instead of people. If someone's willing to do that, then, yes, get rid of colorful underwear.
