A while back the management company took it upon themselves to disable the codes for the gates that had been in place. They did this without providing any notice to the Highpointe residents.
This creates a public safety risk that no one has listened to but many have already experienced where when calling 911, law enforcement can not get through the gates. They are supposed to be able to but have not been able on multiple occasions.
I am planning on taking the results of this petition to the annual POA meeting to see if we can reverse this decision and have the gate codes reinstated improving HighPointe safety.
