End the Coronavirus Pandemic

We need to end the Coronavirus Pandemic now. It will not be ended through coersion, misinformation or bullying. It will be ended with science and unity. There are three huge misses by of the Federal Government:

1) Failure to factor in and test for natural immunity and a failure to fund large-scale (40k minimum) scientific studies that look into natural immunity over time to validate initial data findings regarding natural immunity.

2) Pushing vaccines that still don't offer redress for negligence on behalf of the Pharmaceutical companies and have waning effectiveness. There are several problems here:

  • Lack of redress for medical costs from adverse effects of the vaccine
  • Lack of redress for lost wages due to permanent disability as a result of adverse effects of the vaccine
  • Distribution of a medical treatment that is not holding up to the test of time in actually preventing hospitalization from COVID-19
  • Creating a false sense of security in the vaccinated by causing them to believe erroneously that they can't spread the disease

3) Failure to fund large scale clinical trials to validate or invalidate the effectiveness of alternative treatments, which would be cheaper to produce if proven valid, and based on current data coming out of other countries, appear to be more effective than current vaccines

All of these assertions are backed by data from sources deemed as legitimate by the US Government and are cited below. None of the assertions here are citing conspiracy theories. They all rely on accredited scientific data.

Natural Immunity:

Frontline workers put their lives on the line during the early part of the pandemic. Now, they are not being allowed exemptions from the vaccine mandates based on natural immunity, which they may have obtained through putting their lives at risk. Studies are coming out which indicate that natural immunity is more durable and effective than the vaccine alone. Furthermore, new studies indicate that those with natural immunity are more prone to adverse effects from the vaccines.

With all of our taxpayer money going toward vaccines, why isn't the government also funding testing for natural immunity and studies to validate the effectiveness and durability of natural immunity? This would make us safer by removing erroneous assumptions regarding natural immunity, as many people think they have it, but they don't know for sure. Testing for natural immunity would make us safer, and it would create accountability for the unvaccinated who think they have natural immunity, by answering this question definitively.

Note: The tests for natural immunity should not be general antibody tests. Antibodies wane over time when a person is not exposed to the disease. They need to be lymphocyte subset panels which test for B cells, T cells and Natural Killer cells which remain after antibodies wane. This type of immunity is what impacts the ability of a person's immune system to fight off COVID-19.

Vaccines:

This petition is not anti-vax. The point is to hold the US government accountable for holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for adverse effects from the vaccines. As of the writing of this petition, adverse effects from COVID-19 vaccines in the US have surpassed 700k, according to VAERS data. These numbers are the highest seen in the history of vaccination roll-outs in the US. And while the effectiveness of VAERS in counting adverse effects is disputed, it is one of the main methods of tracking offered by the FDA in all vaccine approvals.

In addition, data is coming out now which notes waning effectiveness of the vaccines in protecting people from COVID-19. Adding to the overall challenges here, the FDA has restated several times that vaccines have not been proven to stop the spread of COVID-19. While this is the scientific data, all rhetoric coming from the administration indicates that vaccines stop the spread of COVID-19. This creates a false narrative that is dangerous and emboldens the vaccinated to reduce precautions, which can increase the spread of COVID-19.

Alternate Treatments:

This petition is not remotely suggesting the use of horse dewormers in people. But it is suggesting that the US government must fund large-scale clinical trials to validate or rule out the effectiveness of Ivermectin dosages intended for humans in treating COVID-19. These trials need to align to the use of Ivermectin in conjunction with other treatment protocol as documented by the FLCCC (https://covid19criticalcare.com). This treatment needs to be provided in clinical trials at onset of symptoms and not in late-stage patients. And it needs to include a sample set which is large enough to definitively prove or disprove the efficacy of alternate treatments for COVID-19. Also, an additional study should be funded to evaluate the use of Ivermectin prophylactically, as initial data suggests that Ivermectin is much more effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19 than a vaccine alone.

In conclusion, we respectfully request the following changes from the executive branch of the US Government, which has deemed itself responsible for preventing the spread of COVID-19, so that we can put an end to this pandemic once and for all:

  1. Provide free tests for natural immunity
  2. Fund scientific trials to validate the effectiveness and durability of natural immunity
  3. Vaccine mandate exemptions for natural immunity (dependent on proving out the validity of data indicating the effectiveness of natural immunity)
  4. Redress for US citizens (applied retroactively) whose lives are or have been destroyed by adverse effects from the vaccines, holding pharmaceutical companies accountable
  5. Improve VAERS and implement an independent investigatory body to validate the claims of adverse reactions from the vaccines
  6. Acknowledge that vaccines may not stop the spread of COVID-19 and ensure Americans know the risk they have to potentially spread COVID-19 regardless of vaccination status
  7. Fund large scale clinical trials in order to validate or rule out the effectiveness of Ivermectin in treating COVID-19 and in stopping the spread of COVID-19 through use prophylactically

President Biden, if you are serious about combating COVID-19, then you can silence many of the naysayers with these actions. You can substantiate or invalidate alternate treatments and further reduce vaccine hesitancy. Many Americans have given up on you and on the institutions of America. I am using my First Amendment right to petition you over the glaring gaps in your plan to end this pandemic. You said you were about hope and unity. We ask that you prove it. Take the actions outlined here to stop this pandemic and save our country.
