My proposal is to exterminate the Canadian race by dropping a nuke on the country of Canada, and furthermore running DNA tests to differentiate Canadians and normal human beings. If they are shown to be Canadian, we will have them eliminated by the SWAT team. Moreover, I plan to cut off all worldwide sources of maple syrup to be sure that they have no way of returning to our planet.
