We are in the middle of a forced lockdown issued by the State Governor. Many of us are forced to work remotely. Due to the lockdown, we cannot leave the house and work somewhere else like a coffee shop or library to relocate our cars and wait for the street sweeping hour to pass. Almost everyone else in the neighborhood is facing the same issue together and working from home. At our location, there is construction the next block over that takes away a few dozen additional parking spaces. There is simply NOT enough parking during this abnormal state lockdown. We drove for blocks to find the only spot even available, was on the wrong side of the street considering street sweeping which means many others are facing this same problem. Street sweeping should NOT be the city's priority during a global pandemic, let alone ticketing in the middle of one of the most catastrophic financial recessions being forced on us by our leadership. There is literally no other solution for parking and many neighbors are already financially burdened due to the pandemic. Personally, this is our 4th ticket during the pandemic lockdown.

Please stop street sweeping during lockdown. No one cares about a few leaves in the street. Or at least stop ticketing for parking until the lockdown is over. We need parking so we can obey state orders and STAY HOME. During lockdown ,the city shouldn't even be ticketing for street sweeping.
