Please change the laws that are allowing squatters to have rights over homeowners/property owners. Their "rights" over a homeowners/property owners rights, is not only morally wrong, but absolutely makes no logical sense. Squatters have gone to the extreme of sharing how to do this to hard working home and property owners, and get away with it. How is this happening in our country? Please change our laws to remove squatter "rights" (a.k.a stealing) and change it to justifiably enforce a homeowners/property owners rights. Please do not allow this shame of protecting squatters to continue in our country.

Stop giving squatters / trespassers more rights than the actual homeowner / renter. Too many are playing the system !!!

I have 8 in a beautiful house our business purchased almost 6 months ago.......WE HAVE NO RIGHTS AS THE OWNERS!!!!! THESE CRIMINAL SQUATTERS ARE GOING TO MAKE THIS REHAB MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE! Americans need to do something.

I have never been in this situation but I disagree that if someone works to I an a property and sometsomething beyond control takes them away for a couple months that no one has the right to take over that property that they have not worked for that is someone else's because they worked all their life to get , i just do not understand how they can do this and why is this right ? It should never be lawful in the first place .

I worry about squatters to resume again behind us since the owner in “court papers” say Robin but neighbors say “Billy” owns it. But they refuse to help maintain shared driveway that they agreed to when “they” bought home.
