The threats from Iran and ISIS alone are enough that we should be staffing up, not down! More than ever, our political leadership seems bent on weakening America. This is very frightening.

This is no way to treat our men and women who protect our freedoms for the small pay that they receive. We need to stand behind these brave men and women

The United States cannot afford to lose the strength of its armed forces. The threats continue to increase around the world. Our freedom is at stake. Much effort has gone into building one of the largest, most technologically-advanced military installations in the world at Fort Benning, GA. To keep our nation strong, we must keep our military strong. To keep the Army strong, we must keep Fort Benning strong.

There are so many draw backs to these cuts and very few advantages. I think that the people who have decided this is a good move should be cut themselves. Government was never meant to control this country, the people were. Only we the people can stop this.

We have too many threats to our security out there to even consider any further cuts to our military and to Fort Benning in particular, where so much important training is done.

We need to support our troops and bases! Our world is a dangerous place and we deserve their protection. If we need to cut money, we need to find it elsewhere!
