Something needs to be done about the Nigerian Police, they see the youth as just a purse they can randomly hold and get money from on any flimsy excuse . No one s safe from their greed

This is not the first time the police have been doing their job wrongly, I wish I was in the force and I had access to legion of forces to deal with such greed, ignorance and cruelty.

I read the distressing story as shared by Kiki Mordi, and really.. the police should be ashamed of themselves. Is this the way to treat people???

Police in Benin have now replaced armed robbers. Modus operandi: they invade random houses with fake search warrant, accuse you of being cultists/yahoo boy, intimidate and extort money to close the 'case' . What a shame. Apc govt, education should end this shame. Our socalled Justice system is silenced because it involves average nigerians but they invaded some judges home and hell was let loose.

The police sees their extortion as a normal thing, people no longer complain but it's wrong, very wrong. Nigerians work hard all day and they just demand for money as if it's their right. It should stop

It's unfortunate that people still get extorted after being found to be innocent.
We want the extortion to stop.
End police extortion
