Open grazing in Delta State has led to the destruction of our people's farm produce and the lives of innocent farmers. This must end!

Our lives and livelihood are more important than the economic interest of a few. Let cattle owners embrace ranching

Open grazing is evil in the 21st century. Governments of every state in Nigeria that has any remote in interest in agriculture should assist indigenes of their states to build ranches. It is not a complex issue; it is no rocket science. Cattle rearers in Northern Nigeria have far more expansive land space to build as many ranches as they can. Those in the Southern part of the country may not have such massive land facility, but they can make the best of the little they have. Open grazing is evil, wicked, idiotic and primitive. Crop production should not be discouraged because so marauders are bent on causing problems for the peace loving people of Delta and the neighbouring states.

Cattle owners should build their ranches and feed their cows. This open grazing is destroying our farmlands, that if this doesn't stop, we might end up starving, loosing our already depleted vegetations, loose our wildlife and turn our lands to desserts.
