The unconstitutional surveillance of the American people needs to end. The potential for misuse of these Flock Cameras outweight their potential benefit

Mass surveillance is not compatible with American freedom and liberty. There is never enough information about us which both companies and governments want to know. At a minimum, all information should be deleted within 24 hours and not allowed to be databased forever, which I am sure is the intent.

As an American, Virginian and Chesterfield County resident, I expect my privacy, and don't like being added to a database as to where I am or was.

I wish to maintain my privacy, and consider this an invasion of my privacy. Further, many of those who are subjected to this invasion of privacy have committed no crime and this does not support warrantless data confiscation.

Chesterfield’s efforts to skirt the people’s 4th Amendment protections though a private-public partnership with Flock will lead to more unconstitutional overreach, if not curtailed now. Don’t be misled - Mass surveillance by unchecked bureaucracies isn’t about safety, it’s about control.
