It’s already being misused by enforcement. Just to commit their personal stalking crimes. It’s an invasive invasion of privacy for mass surveillance

With the ubiquity of Flock cameras and their ability to identify cars with AI to make the footage searchable, it is functionally the same as the police installing a GPS tracker on every vehicle.

Im not against the flock cameras they do have their uses, BUT they dont need to store regular people's data for 30 days. I shady cop or 1 hacker and you got a million people's daily moves, 30 days worth of data can be enough to do alot of harmful stuff. I get using it and storing, stolen cars, wanted people's rides or stuff like that, but once the system which is AI (which means it could instantly not even store it) realizes its not a "hot" plate then it shouldn't even be logged.

Privacy is an inherent and moral end of its own. The government is voyeuristic in its endless lust to control citizens and their lives. The act of observation is judgement and a violation of human dignity in of itself without consent.

I strongly object to being passively surveilled by police agencies when I am going about my daily travels. This constitutes a Warrantless-Search and thus violates the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution by virtue of their being "no warrant" and also an 'unreasonable search / invasion of my private travels.

I am not a Chesterfield resident but I drive there on almost a daily basis and this level of intrusive data collection on ordinary citizens must not continue.
