On April 24, 2020, the FDA issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for non-surgical face masks1. Federal law 21 US CODE 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(iii)2 governing EUAs requires that:
(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed- (I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.

I believe that wearing a mask at school is a personal/parental choice, and that masking children is harmful to their development and learning environment . I stand in agreement against a mask mandate for our children, teachers and staff.

I will never mask my child at school, I would teach my kids full time at home before sending them where they had to wear a mask.

As a parent, it is MY responsibility, not the governments, to make decisions for my child. This is gross government overreach, and my child will never wear a mask, they serve no purpose

I agree that our children and staff should not be required to wear masks. Our children are still developing their speech and diction and one way they do that is by mimicking the mouth movements they see. If someone is wearing a mask then that will hinder our children’s leading.

My child will never wear a mask. Since they do not serve any purpose, no one anywhere should be wearing masks at any time.

I support this 100% I fully believe that this is a violation of our children and teachers and parental rights. We have the right to say what we want our kids to wear and not wear.
