Honorable District of Columbia Attorney General, Irvin B. Nathan, In the District of Columbia it is unlawful to administer drugs to the public that are not prescribed by and under the care of a licensed medical practitioner. Majority of populations in the District of Columbia are being drugged with fluorosilicic acid which is a known highly corrosive toxic waste by-product of the phosphate (fertilizer) industry. The claim that it has health benefit classifies it as a drug. The substance is not processed into pharmaceutical grade, not approved by the FDA with no control of dosage and not under the care of a licensed doctor. To control the dosage you would have to monitor the amount ingested not the concentration of the drinking water supply. It is especially disturbing that the dosage is not controlled when health problems from ingestion of excessive fluorine containing substances are well known and undisputed. We the undersigned Citizens of the District of Columbia, hereby demand that the illegal practice of mass medicating the People of the District of Columbia by putting fluorosilicic acid in our drinking water is in effect the reckless endangerment of the population of the District of Columbia and be ordered by you to cease immediately.
