A large number of residents have expressed dissatisfaction with HLM's management of the estate. Most recently are concerned about residents not receiving notifications by letter for their 2022 billing and a number of residents now have recently received bills for 2020, 2021 (In December) and 2022 (in January).

We are petitioning for change. HLM does not represent our community or values. To HLM we are nothing more than a money making scheme. By signing this petition we are notifying HLM that we would like one of the following options:

HLM handover management of the estate to another vendor via a community led tender process or to hand over ownership of mintons wood fully to the local council.
